Is Your Business Red, Amber or Green on the Employment Rights Act?
You know about the Employment Rights Act changes. But is your business actually ready?

Some of the Employment Rights Act changes are already in force, with more coming from 30 October.
Statutory Sick Pay has changed. Paternity Leave and Unpaid Parental Leave are now day-one rights, and employers have new holiday record-keeping requirements. The next changes include new requirements around sexual harassment and trade unions.
Most employers we speak to know at least some of this. The harder question is whether the changes have actually made their way into the business.
Have policies been updated? Are the right records being kept? Have day-to-day HR processes changed where they need to?
Find out where you stand
Our free Employment Rights Act Readiness Survey takes a few minutes to complete. You don't need to provide any contact details to get your results.
It asks about what you currently have in place and gives you a Red, Amber or Green result. You'll also see which areas look fine and which need attention.
Where your answers identify a gap, we'll explain what it means and what you should look at next.
With the next changes coming into force from 30 October, now is the time to find out if anything has been missed.
